Objectives & Scientific Vision
- Objectives: To produce Master's graduates equipped with analytical, critical, and implementative capabilities to address social and religious issues through an interdisciplinary approach. Furthermore, to generate multidimensional professionals possessing both theoretical and practical expertise.
- Scientific Vision: To cultivate interdisciplinary Islamic studies by bridging classical Islamic heritage (turats) with contemporary studies of Muslim societies.

Academic Information & Curriculum
Study Period & Structure
- Duration: Minimum of 4 semesters. Maximum of 8 semesters (4 years), inclusive of a maximum 2-semester leave of absence.
- Semester 1: 5 courses
- Semester 2: 4 or 5 courses
- Semester 3: 3 courses
- Semester 4: Thesis
Credit Distribution
- Compulsory Courses (6 courses): 16 Credits
- Concentration Courses (4-5 courses): 12-15 Credits
- Elective Courses (2 courses): 6 Credits
- Thesis: 8 Credits
- Total Requirement: 42-45 Credits
Graduation Requirements
- Cum Laude Distinction: Awarded exclusively to students who achieve a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.76, obtain an 'A' grade in both the Journal Article Publication course and the Thesis, and complete their studies within a maximum of four semesters without taking a leave of absence.
- Publication Requirement: Students are required to possess a published journal article in a reputable academic journal (minimum Sinta 4 indexing).
