MASTER PROGRAM REGISTRATION PROCEDURE (S2) 

Procedure for Registration and Payment of Admission Fee for Master's Program (S2) UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta: 

  1. Pay the selection fee at Bank Mandiri by mentioning the admission master's program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta  with  the payment code  followed by the  date of birth of the  prospective participant in the ddmmyyyy format to the bank teller ;

    1. The registration fee for the Admission Master's Program for the CBT Test From Home and the Non-Test Selection is Rp. 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand rupiahs).

    2. The registration fee for the Admission Master's Program in the Portfolio route is Rp. 600,000.00 (six hundred thousand rupiahs).

  2. After paying, the prospective participant will get proof of payment from the bank that includes the  ID/ username  and  PIN/ password  (Furthermore, the ID and PIN will be used to  login to the admission system);

  3. Each participant fills out a form (borang)  online  through the pages   http://admisi.uin-suka.ac.id  with these steps:

    1. Login to the registration system by entering your ID and PIN.

    2. Fill in the form in accordance with the original documents owned.

    3. Upload photos with the following conditions: photos must be formal and in color (not style photos), photo files in JPEG format, with a file size of 3x4cm at least 70-150 KB.

    4. Print the participant's card and participant's personal data with a color printer (the choice of study program and concentration cannot be changed after the exam card is printed).

  4. All information entered in this form/form must be correct. Errors/cheats in filling out this form/form will result in the cancellation of participant acceptance.

  5. The Admission Fee that has been paid by the prospective participant cannot be withdrawn or refunded for any reason.

DOCTORAL PROGRAM REGISTRATION PROCEDURE (S3)

  1. Pay the selection fee at Bank Mandiri by mentioning the Admission S3 Selection at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta  with  the payment code  followed by the  date of birth of the  prospective participant in the ddmmyyyy format to the bank teller ;

    1. The Admission registration fee for the Regular route Doctoral Program is Rp. 750,000.00 (seven hundred and fifty thousand rupiahs)

    2. The registration fee for the International Selection Admission Doctoral Program is Rp. 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiahs).

  2. After paying, the prospective participant will get proof of payment from the bank that includes the  ID/ username  and  PIN/ password  (Furthermore, the ID and PIN will be used to  login to the Admission system);

  3. Each participant fills out a form (borang)  online  through the pages   http://admisi.uin-suka.ac.id  with these steps:
